We charge the same product price to all customers, regardless of the destination country or local tax rate. This ensures:

  • A uniform and fair experience for all customers.

  • No regional pricing discrepancies.

  • Simpler operations across markets.

Local taxes and duties may apply to international orders which will be collected by the courier prior to delivery. EU customers spending under 150 euros will have no extra VAT or duties payable.

❌ No Tax-Based Refunds

We do not offer refunds or partial reimbursements for customers in regions with lower tax rates. For example:

  • If a product is taxed at 20% in the UK and 5% in Jersey, both customers will still pay the same product price.

  • The difference in tax liability is absorbed by us and does not entitle the buyer to any price adjustment.
