Nope! The Zero Bar dates all the way back to 1920, making it a classic vintage American sweet still enjoyed today.

Why is it called "Zero"?
It was originally marketed as a "cool" treat for hot weather, thanks to its white fudge coating that doesn't melt as easily as regular chocolate.

Sugar, corn syrup, vegetable oil (palm kernel and palm oil), nonfat milk, soy pieces, peanuts, contains 2% or less of: cocoa, malted milk (barley malt extract, wheat flour, milk, salt, sodium bicarbonate), almonds (roasted in cocoa butter and/or sunflower oil), salt, artificial colour (E102, E110, or E129 – depending on source), emulsifier (sorbitan tristearate – E492), egg whites, emulsifier (soy lecithin – E322), hydrolysed soy protein, artificial flavouring, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids – E471).
