Our team carefully packs every order to help your treats arrive safely, whether you’re ordering from the UK, Europe, the USA, or further afield.

Please note that international routes may occasionally experience temporary delays or service suspensions due to courier restrictions, customs updates, or local delivery issues. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight, and selected service.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders placed by 2pm Monday–Friday on the same working day wherever possible.

Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or during busy periods may take an extra 1–2 working days to process.

📦 Pre-Order Items

Orders containing pre-order products are shipped together once all items are back in stock. To avoid delays, please place pre-order items separately from in-stock items.

UK Delivery Options

Free delivery excludes wholesale orders.

Free UK tracked delivery applies to qualifying UK orders over £50 up to 10kg.

Heavier orders between 10kg and 30kg receive discounted courier delivery.

Orders over 30kg or orders requiring multiple parcels may incur additional delivery charges.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Weekend delivery is not guaranteed unless a specific weekend service is selected at checkout.

Courier deliveries are usually made between 8am and 9pm.

We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier service for your order based on parcel size, weight, and delivery location.

🇮🇪 Ireland Shipping

Orders to Ireland are shipped using tracked courier services.

Delivery usually takes 1–4 working days from dispatch, depending on parcel weight, courier routing, and customs processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.

🇪🇺 EU Shipping

We make EU shopping as simple as possible.

For EU orders under €150, VAT is included where applicable, helping reduce unexpected charges on delivery.

From July 1st 2026 The EU is introducing a small parcel charge for all orders under €150 which is payable by the customer prior to delivery.

If customs fees apply, the customer is responsible for paying them. We cannot accept reverse customs charges.

If a parcel is refused due to customs fees and returned to us, original shipping costs will not be refunded, and any return, courier, or customs fees may be deducted from the refund.

🇪🇺 Important EU Customs Update – From July 2026

From 1 July 2026, the European Union is introducing new customs charges on low-value parcels entering the EU from non-EU countries.

Some EU countries may also introduce local parcel handling or customs administration fees in addition to standard VAT and import duties.

These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

We continue to monitor changes across EU member states and will update our shipping services and checkout systems where required.

🇺🇸 USA & Non-EU Shipping

USA and non-EU orders are shipped using tracked international courier services such as DHL Express Worldwide, DHL Economy Select, or another suitable tracked service depending on destination, parcel size, and availability.

Typical delivery is 1–5 working days from dispatch, but this may vary depending on customs processing and local delivery networks.

🧾 Customs & Duties

Customers outside the UK are responsible for checking local import rules before placing an order. Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of certain food, confectionery, drink, or chocolate products.

Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or local handling charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing times are not included in our delivery estimates.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import restrictions, it may be returned to us or destroyed by the courier. In these cases, shipping costs, return fees, customs fees, and lost goods may not be refundable.

🇺🇸 Important USA Customs Update

From 29 August 2025, the United States removed the previous $800 de minimis duty-free threshold for commercial shipments.

This means US orders may now be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees regardless of order value.

We continue to monitor courier and customs updates and will adjust available USA shipping options where required.

🍫 A Note About Chocolate

Please note that ordering chocolate or confectionery for delivery to hot climates is done at your own risk.

We pack orders carefully, but we cannot be responsible for melting, softening, or heat-related damage during transit.
