Our team carefully packs every order to ensure your treats arrive safely — wherever you are.

Please note that, from time to time, certain international routes may experience temporary service suspensions due to courier restrictions or customs changes.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

Due to high order volumes, please allow an extra 1–2 days for processing during busy periods.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm (Monday–Friday) on the same day wherever possible.
Orders placed after this time or during weekends will ship the next working day.

📦 Pre-Order Items:
Orders containing pre-order products are shipped together when all items are in stock.
To avoid delays, please place pre-orders separately.

We receive a high number of orders over weekends, so Sunday and Monday orders may take an extra day to process.

🇮🇪 Ireland Shipping

Orders up to 30kg are shipped via DHL Economy Express.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from dispatch and includes full tracking and insurance.

🇪🇺 EU Shipping

We make EU shopping easy!

• All orders under €150 are delivered with VAT included — no extra customs fees or charges.

• Orders over €150 may incur import VAT and customs fees at your local rate.

💡 Tip:
To avoid extra VAT charges, we recommend keeping your order value below €150.

If any customs fees apply, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay them.
We cannot accept reverse customs charges.

If a parcel is refused due to customs fees and returned to us, we will not refund shipping costs, and any return or customs fees will be deducted from the refund.

We use DHL Express Worldwide for all US orders — fully tracked and insured from our UK warehouse.
Typical delivery time is 1–3 working days from dispatch.

🧾 Customs & Duties (USA)

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to confirm any restrictions, fees, or limits.

Customs rules vary by state and can affect processing times.
Please note that any time a parcel spends in customs is not included in our delivery estimates.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes due.
We cannot accept reverse customs charges.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, it may be returned or destroyed by the courier.
In these cases, no refunds will be issued for shipping, returns, or lost goods.

🇺🇸 Important USA Update – August 2025

On July 30, 2025, the US government announced the suspension of duty-free de minimis treatment for all countries.
From August 29, 2025 (00:01 EDT), all shipments entering the USA will be subject to import duties, regardless of value.

This means:

• The previous $800 duty-free threshold is no longer valid.

• USPS and all major global postal carriers (including Royal Mail, Bpost, PostNL, DHL, Correos, and Colissimo) are adjusting their systems.

• Temporary suspension of postal shipments to the USA and Puerto Rico may occur from August 25, 2025, until new customs procedures are finalised.

We’ll continue to monitor updates from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and USPS and will update this page as new guidance is released.
