Toyo-Suisan Maruchan Shiroi Chikara Mochi Cup Udon is a series product of "Akai Kitsune Udon" and "Midori Tanuki Ten Soba". The chewy texture of the udon noodles is smooth and firm, and the sauce is made with a combination of light soy sauce and bonito, kelp, kelp, Urume, and mackerel broths. It is a strong udon noodle. Shichimi (seven spice) togarashi (chili pepper) is included as an optional extra.
